The customer's complaint is based upon non-delivery of the ordered item and its return to Tressence on 12/due to an foreign addressing problemThe customer has agreed to resolution of the non-delivery issue by agreeing to accept reshipment of the item to his home address via a shipping method of his choice

The vendor resolved the issue and I received my order today

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told that that item would be shipped to me on or before January 4th and would be contacted confirming this and supplied with a tracking number I have not received any shipping information or a tracking number as of yet I will close this case if and when I receive the item that I purchased on December 4, at my address in Brooklyn, N.Y I'm am going to assume that the company is working on this matter, but I will not close this complaint until I have the product in my possessionSincerely, [redacted]

Given the evidence available to each of us,  we have drawn different conclusions about how it is that I received an item, that I cannot doubt was the one you returned, in unacceptable condition. We have each done what we think is right. I am sorry that the compensation I provided to you through the complaint process at PayPal is unsatisfactory, however I remain unwilling to provide the full refund that you demand.

I know without a doubt that I did not use the brush, so I stand behind the conclusion that the hair was planted in it in order to not have to return the brush and refund me in full.
