Review: I purchased a spa package from Tresses (Lisa M[redacted]) on 3/13/15 and then another on 6/12/15 ~ every time that I would call to schedule a massage or facial; Lisa M[redacted] would tell me that they were booked or they were trying to hire more massage therapist. I called today to schedule an appointment and was told that the money I paid would not be refunded nor would I be able to schedule an appointment. I would like a FULL refund!Desired Settlement: I want a full refund by 11/20/15
