to the Revdex.com,1.) all the x-Rays are written offThis was a statement when I called and tried to have this resolved. 2.) I was never lateThe good doctor must have me confused with another patient. 3.) I promptly arrived at 5:which was the time told to me and written on the paperI then was told I could wait or go do something elseThen didn't get to see the doctor for my x-Ray results till 7:by the time I was done I was there for hours. 4.) I was told that there would be a follow up visit to discuss the x-RaysThat is it. 5.) At the second meeting I was handed a paper about dollar care @ at that point I sought out someone slightly more resonabily pricedI will settle to pay half of the bill if they agree to thatI I understand that there are cost associated with care but I would have preferred they be upfront about themThank you *** ***

He arrived 15 minutes late and did not have his paperwork.5. He told my staff that he had to attend "a dumb [redacted] report"6. He did attend the report and met with the doctor to review his individual findings and results.7. He wasn't adjusted that evening, because he chose not to, and wasn't billed for an adjustment.8. He was billed for his exam, x-rays and consultation which was done on his first visit.9. He signed our paperwork and allowed us to treat him and would be responsible for insurance and payment.10. He also stated that he had to sit through a 3 hour long seminar. This process is 45 min to 1 1/2 hours of details for him to understand his problem and how we can help. There are many different approaches in health care and chiropractic care, we understand this and want to clarify and educate our patients before they have to make a financial decision. We make no money on this report.11. He made statements about his heart murmur and condition that we should be able to help with. This is correct. We do not treat or promise results, however, we have helped others with this. His response to this was that surgery would be the only thing to help. This is not a correct prognosis. We do not promise or tell our patients stuff that we cannot deliver. We do educate how the body works and heals. We are very passionate about our patients and want to help. Review: I wnt to this locations expecting chiropractic care and what I got was a run around and a 67 dollar new patient fee when I chose not to continue care with them. The fee isn't posted in the office. There was no mention of it either of the two times I visited the location. Also I was told to arrive back at 5 pm for my appointment to go over my X-Rays. The appointment was supposed to be at 5:30 and it was three hour long seminar on why chiropractic care is "good". I was also told that they should be able to help a small heart mururer that I have which is complete **. The only thing that could help that is surgery. They are promising and telling people stuff they can't possibly deliver on.Desired Settlement: I don't want to pay a new patience fee just because I sought care somewhere else.
