I oredered a pair of shoes from tretorn.com weeks ago They were available other places, but I had a 20% off coupon from them So I used it Got the shoes on Aug 5, they are obviously worn, scuffs on the uppers, and dirt on the soles Must be a store or internet return I emailed them minutes after getting them (After having to go pick them up at a UPS location, because they were't addressed right), and had not heard back til todayI also emailed them, because my debit card info was hacked, and I have only ordered from their site- with that card in the last or so monthsI hardly ever use the card transactions for over $800, and a call from my bank's security divisionGreat Now my checking account is tied up, until this is overAnd all I have received so far since 8/is an automated email response wanting pictures of my slip, the tags, and the damage, Plus there was an apology for taking so long to return my emailI sent the pictures out, and have not heard back I will never order from them again, I have at least pairs of Tretorns, and love them, but will not use the company's website ever againI wish I would have read some reviews, really thought I could trust the company

- This code did not work a week later when I tried to use it
- Talked to customer service and said you had changed companies and the old codes didn't work anymore but would reissue it
- Called more than times and I'm still waiting

- July 20, 2016: Wrote on their Facebook page and they private messaged me "thanks for providing this information and we apologize that the situation has not yet been remedied! Your information has been passed *** to our customer service team and they have assured us that they will look into it immediately."

I have shopped with Tretorn many times in the past and have loved their product They seem to be one of the best made shoes for rain and I have loved every pair I've ever owned Unfortunately, during this holiday season, they seem to be overwhelmed I have emailed twice and have not hear back for a week and when I called them they said their computers were down and they could not provide any updates and that they were aware that they were well behind in answering the email inquiries My question is, why wouldn't you prepare as a business for greater volume during this season and how can you think it is okay to just leave people hanging, when you have already taken their money, and not provide them any update on the status of their purchase?
