I placed my time share for sale through Timeshare Travel about two years ago Jim contacted me through email in July with the following: "***, are you still trying to sell? I have an offer for $net to you if your still interested." I replied that I was interested even though the $2,was lower than I wanted, I would agree to sell I received payment in November in the amount of $1, There was a processing fee of $that was not disclosed to me previously When I questioned that I should received $2,net to me as offered, I was told by Jim that the processing fee is standard and that it always comes out of the net price I don't agree and think that it should have been disclosed prior to the sale so I could have raised the price by $or negotiated to have it taken out of the agency commission The offer was net $2,and that is what should have been paid to me
