Trevino's Tree Expert

My neighbor used these guys to trim their branches. Instead of them waiting until all cars below the tree were moved, they decided to cut anyways. I have a vehicle that now has dents on my hood where a tree branch fell on it. I reached out to the owner of the business to resolve this knowing that reviews are bad for businesses and didnt want to hurt his business. After being told repeatedly that he would come out to look at the damage, and waiting for him to show, he never did. The damage is clearly from a falling branch, there is even sap in one of the chip marks. When I arrived at my house to find them trimming the tree above my car, there were leafs all over it, branches next to it and clearly visible trimmed branches above it. Feeling that they were professional I did not feel the need to have to check my vehicle when I moved it. I figured they would tell me if they hit it, clearly I was wrong. I noticed the damage a few days later, the vehicle had not been moved besides across the street from under the tree they were working on. I gave him multiple chances to resolve this professionaly which he did not. He not only came up with multiple lies about trying to find out whose vehicle it was and knocking door to door. We have weekly block parties with our neighbors, everyone in the neighborhood knows which vehicle belongs to which person. As a business you need to take responsibility for your actions, actions like these show the type of business he is running, definitely not one with good ethics.
