We have had the same type billing errors happen repeatedly. We will be moving our insurance. They are will to try to help correct the errors but haven't done anything to stop the errors from happening again. We are on auto pay. There shouldn't be any errors. We pay...we have coverage...but NO! Instead we get notices that our home has been removed from the auto pay group of 9 policies! Then our lender bills us for something State Farm has yet to explain!! We gave them the opportunity to fix this the first 2 times it happened. I can't believe we stayed with them long enough to have it happen the third time! Shame on me!!!
