Mr. Anderson did finally install the doors but it was AFTER the complaint was filed. His reply may be that he didn't view the complaint until after he had completed the contract.I have no further complaints against Mr. Anderson and Anderson Garage doors.

Sorry to hear about your son's jacket! The damage is definitely something that falls under our warranty and we can repair the jacket for you.
