Treworgy & Baldacci Real Estate Closing Services provided me with an incomplete warranty deed in connection with my purchase of my property on 06/15/(their file number: [redacted] ) This was brought to my attention in I sent them a letter on 9/23/which requested an adjusted warranty deed, and never received a reply I followed up with numerous telephone calls to various staff members of the company ( [redacted] and [redacted] ***) in October, November, and December of 2017, and my calls were ignored by the company I would like an updated, valid warranty deed to be provided to me by this company so that I can sell the property in good faith to a new owner Missing information from the warranty deed provided to me by this company is as follows: Amended Planned Unit Development for [redacted] Homeowners Association, Map File [redacted] and [redacted] , dated 10/18/ Both the above map files are on file with the Penobscot County Registrar of Deeds and s
