Review: I had a problem starting my 2011 Hyundai Sonata and called Texlers for towing to the dealer on 6/22/2015. They arrived at about 4:30 PM with a car already on their truck. They attempted to start the car, but were unable to. They told my wife and I that they would return to pick up our car on 6/23/2014 an take it to Winner For & Hyundai. The driver ([redacted]?) stated to my wife and I that there would be no charge for 6/22/2015. He said he would only charge for the tow on June 23. When I reviewed his charge after he left with my car on 6/23, I noticed that he not only charged for the 6/23 tow but also for the visit on 6/22. He charged a total of $160.00 ($85.00 for 6/23 and $75.00 for 6/22). This was contrary to our verbal contract. I wrote to Textlers requesting a refund of $75.00. They ignored my letter.Desired Settlement: I simply wish a return of the $75.00 I was overcharged by Texlers'
