Review: On 01/30/2015 Trexperts Tree Service came to look at some tree trimming work we wanted done at our home. We had called last Fall, and they finally called us on 01/30 expressing interest in doing the work. My wife and I explained what we wanted, and we're told that the cutters would bring in a large boom- arm truck into our yard. My wife [redacted] told thenm that our sewage lines run in the area they would be driving on, and a clean-out pipe was directly in the path. The cutter felt that the earth would be frozen enough that the weight of the truck would not be an issue. On 02/01/2015 Trexperts Tree Service arrived to trim two large trees on our property. After trimming the trees, we saw the deep ruts in our yard - the two men cutting threw snow back on top of them. We saw the ruts, and once the snow melted we saw how deep they actually were. We called Trexperts after the snow left the area and we assessed the damage. We were told that they would come and take care of it. My wife and I both called them, approximately 6 times between us, and received no answer. The last call my wife mad, she mentioned that we needed them to come out as soon as possible, and that if they did not come out to our property, we would call the Revdex.com. They still did not respond. We just want our yard returned to it's original condition. We can not locate the sewage breather pipe - so far, we have not had any sewage issues. But it is a concern to us because we can not find the pipe which usually is at the surface of the ground in the area where the truck was parked in the yard. We began calling them in March - I can not remember the date, and we called first two weeks, then weekly - I filled in dates in the details on this submission because I could not proceed without entering exact dates that we called. I do have a voice message on April 17 saying that if we gave [redacted] an address, he would come out. We returned the call with address, and no further contact from him occurred.Desired Settlement: Trexperts is fully insured according to their advertising. We would like the ruts filled in our yard, and the yard rolled due to the raised areas from the weight of the truck also, then the yard seeded with grass seed. At no cost to us.
