Ok this can be one of the worst cases I have ever had to deal withThe customer wanted the vehicle inspected by a Toyota dealership before she purchased the carWe openly agreed to have this done and whatever repairs needed to made we would take care of themToyota then listed all repairs that
were needed and also like any good service department would do they listed any recommendations for the vehicle with those milesWe agreed to fix all repairs which we did and have any recomendations looked at to se if they needed to be addressedThe first mechanic informed us all the repairs are done and the recomendations were up to par that nothing needed to be done right awayCustomer wasn't happy with this outcome so we took to another mechanic for a second opinion he said the exact same thingCustomer still wasn't happy so we went back to the Toyota dealership talked to the service writer about the recomendations he informed us that this was protocol that the sheet would print with the miles on the vehicleLater told us that the vehicle prob didn't need any of those doneAfter trying to explain this for several days to the customer that there was no reason to repair something that wasn't broke or service something that had already been done we agreed to just have the work done with Toyota so she would be happy and we could move onWe then set the appointment at Toyota for her and had the rep call several timesNot only did she not show she wouldn't answer her phoneOnly would send demanding emailsTherefore we informed her that she needed to make her own appointment and we would not be doing that for herAs far as the loaner vehicle this was another demand from the customer she had to have a 3rd row seatThe only thing with a 3rd row was something we just got that hadn't been detailed yet(Escalade) there were no issues with that vehicle in fact it has been sold and Cust is very happy with their purchaseWe are very sorry for the outcome of this situation but we feel we tried all avenues to rectify this matterSome people are just not happy

Hi ***, Here is our response to *** ***’s complaint: We were unaware of the transmission issue, as this work was done prior to us owning this vehicle and it was running fine while on the lot Once *** contacted us about the issue, we were happy to get him
out of that vehicle and into one that he was happy with The issue has been resolved and we hope *** is now a happy customer. Please let me know if there is anything else you need from me. Thanks, ***

We agreed to fix any repairs neededWe were told by several mechanics the parts that were not fixed right away were recommended based on miles not needed to be fixedWe eventually agreed to fix everything she wanted fixed to maker her happyWe set the appointment like she asked, but she never showed upIn result to the no show to the appointment we told Ms*** to set her own appointment so it worked with her scheduleWe as a company do not have a loaner policy, but we were willing to help her outWe do not sell many 3rd row vehicles and the only one we had at the time was one we had just received on tradeAfter she demanded she needed a 3rd row we gave her the dirty vehicle because we did not have time to clean it before she needed to leaveSeveral attempts have been made to make Ms*** happy, and despite our efforts it is not enough for herWe do what we can to make all our customers happyShe knew when she bought the vehicle it was "as-is" as a used vehicleShe was still not happy so we even suggested she try another Toyota dealership for a second opinion which she refused to go anywhere, but Universal ToyotaWe gave the number we have on our files to Mr***, and it was also the number he had on file for Universal ToyotaWe did not intentionally give a number to Mr*** to deceive anyoneMs*** was very demanding and unwilling to make time in her schedule to get the vehicle fixed on the appointments we made

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
Trey Jackson Motors agreed to fix all repairsprior to the agreement of the sell not because of what I wanted or to make me"happy", however, because these were the items identified byUniversal Toyota, an Authorized Toyota Dealer that were in need of repair/servicewhen I took the vehicle in for a used car inspection that I paid forpersonallyMr*** is trying to make it appear that I have just made allthese unreasonable demands and not willing to be available, which is not thecaseThe agreement *** (Trey Jackson Motors) and I made where based solelyon the items identified by Universal Toyota (previously provided) and not onthe "several mechanics" Trey Jackson Motors later usedMr***attempted in his last reply to claim Mr*** from Universal Toyota stated thework was not required, however, as I previously provided proof from UniversalToyota, that was not the caseMr*** agreed at my request to useUniversal Toyota for the repairs because of the conflicting reports they verballyprovided me that their mechanics reported was not needed at all, therefore, Idid not trust the mechanics they were attempting to use because on two separateoccasions Universal Toyota reported the items were in need of repair/service.Trey Jackson Motors did not suggest I try a different Toyota Dealership for asecond opinion, in fact *** claims he had contacted Mr*** of UniversalToyota to take the vehicle back for a second review, however, when I showed upMr*** did not know what was going on and I had to explain why I wasreturning and they agreed to check it againDuring their second review that iswhen other problems were found because some service lights were on. Mr*** claimed to have made the appointmentwith Universal Toyota, however, when I called to verify the appointment throughthe appointment line I was informed the appointment did not exist and Inotified Mr*** by email and he claimed he would verify the appointmentthe next business day and I NEVER heard back from *** *** (The owner) andwhen I attempted to follhe later claimed I did not answer the calls fromUniversal Toyota and I informed him I had no missed calls from UniversalToyotaKnowing I had been in constant contact with Mr*** it bothers methat he made no effort to reach out to me if I had not responded to UniversalToyotaI eventually made a complaint through Revdex.com and that is when Mr***sent me what I perceived as a rude and unprofessional email telling me since Imissed the appointment and made a complaint to Revdex.com for me to make theappointment myselfHe did not state they would pay as previously agreed andfrom that point forward I have not been in contact with Trey Jackson Motorswith the exception through Revdex.comUniversal Toyota stands behind their reportthat all the work we agreed to needs to be completedIn fact since thepurchase of the vehicle more work has been identified that was unable to befound originally. Mr*** went into my application file and providedMr*** with Universal Toyota my home phone, which is not a number he norUniversal Toyota has ever contacted me on and I am almost certain not a numberI have provided to Universal ToyotaAccording to Mr***, *** ***personally contacted him on his personal cell phone and not through UniversalToyota and provided my home numberAs I previously stated Mr*** admittedto calling me on my home phone from his personal cell phone and I would have noidea Universal Toyota would have been trying to reach me from one of theiremployer's personal cell phonesMr*** should have provided ALL mycontact numbers if he was going to go into my file, sent me an email along withMr***, or at the least reached out to me himselfI am still concerned andwondering why Mr*** would contact his former co-worker on his personalcell phone to discuss a business matterI am further concerned that when Icalled Universal Toyota they had no record an actual appointment had been made. What were Mr***'s true intentions? Universal Toyota stands behind therecommendations they made in regards to work that is needed (please seeprevious letter provided) In regards to the loaner vehicle, I am happy tosee that Trey Jackson Motors at least admits the loaner was dirty, however, itwas more than dirtyThe vehicle was filthy, with dirt, broken parts, low ongas, and had several service lights onIf Trey Jackson Motors does not have aloaner care policy, how would I know especially if *** told me they would provideme with a loaner vehicle when I learned they had not made all the repairsduring the selling processI did not ask for the loanerThe loaner was partof the agreement since the vehicle had not been properly repaired and thedriver door still needed to be paintedTrey Jackson Motors was fully aware Iam a single parent of and had just obtained guardianship of So, why wouldthey attempt to put me into a passenger vehicle knowing I had a family of 7?I did not request a 3rd row vehicle, however, I did tell them the vehicle theypromised was one that was equivalent in size to fit all of my family. Trey Jackson Motors still has not addressed thefact that the vehicle had been in an accident, because I believe they knew ofthe accident and attempted to cover it upI purchased the vehicle under theagreement they would make the repairs and when I saw they were not keepingtheir word I asked to return the vehicle on several times*** eventuallytold me it was too late because the vehicle had been registered to mealready. Trey Jackson Motors have not been a business thatis impeccable with their wordThey lack integrity due to them not keepingtheir word as evidenced by them agreeing to be part of Revdex.com registered business, yet taking over two months to replyI ask that Revdex.com please consider making afinal determination on this case, because I feel my family and my safety is atrisk by continuing to drive this vehicle knowing it needs work completed andadditional costly problems have been identified with possible other pendingproblems the longer I continue to drive the vehicleI have repeatedly askedfor proper documentation backing what they claimed to have repaired and to datenever received anythingThe one name they provided from Universal Toyotastating the work was not needed turned out to be and I provided a letterindicating such.
