Tri City is well aware of this problem , and the owner has spoke to several people about this matter , the finance company times on the phone , the owner of the vehicle ,and the owner of the vehicles boy friend, it is a clerical error from a different state in which the title for the vehicle was prior to Minnand we are working with the lender and the courts to resolve the issue, Tri City has promptly gone after the issue at hand ,from day one we were working toward getting this corrected, it is simply a clerical error and will be handled as soon as the process is completed, The car and the sale of the vehicle are all final, the title needs to be corrected digits were enverted, All parties are informed that the process has been started and will be handled, Thanks Tri City Auto

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is the same thing they've been saying for over a month nowLegally I should have been given a title at the time of the sale for the correct vehicleThey knew about this when I purchased the vehicle, I purchased it thinking it had a proper title, turns out it didntAnd this dealership knew when they went to transfer the title into my name which is why they sent a fake pto Security Auto Loans and forged my signature on documentsI don't hunk the response Is fair and is not good enough for me to feel satisfied

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/11/23) */
*** came to Tri City Auto and purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix on 10/14/She provided us with a pay-stub From *** (***)She stated that at the time she had been with *** for year and months on her
credit applicationShe also stated that she had worked at the same location (***) for several months, but her pay-stub did not show more then one week of workWe had Ms*** sign her pay-stub stating that she worked hours per week at her current assignment and she was well aware that this was not the caseWe only learned that this initial statement by Ms*** was a lie almost a week after she had left the dealership with the car (which is standard procedure while the bank does verification on the loan)The problem was that Ms*** was untruthful about her employment and wasn't currently working at *** for either the length of employment, or the number of hours that she stated on the credit application(The letter from the bank showing that she was terminated from that job at the end of October is attached) After all of this I was willing to still help Ms*** obtain financing on the vehicle and allowed her to drive the vehicle until she received her first pay-stub from her supposed new employment through a different employment agency (***) as long as she provided that stub the following Friday so we could send the paperwork back into the lender to try to complete the loan processHowever once again Ms*** was not being truthful as the numerous calls that I took from a *** phone number were faked as the lender called *** and once again were told that Ms*** is not employed with them currently in any of their databasesAt this point I knew that Ms*** had someone at *** calling to try to verify employment that was and she was never employed with them to begin withAt this point I was tired of all the lies that I had been told up until this point, so I gave Ms*** the option to purchase a car for cash in exchange for her down payment even after she had driven our car for a total of days up to this point and we had tried everything to keep her with the vehicle but obviously it was not going to happen
The other documents have attached are the Bill Of Sale for the vehicle that she ended up purchasing from us as well as the state paperwork showing that it will be registered in her nameThis is why I believe Tri City did everything in our power to resolve this from the start with no help from Ms*** other then, her discontent with the situation that she had ended up putting herself in because of the information that she had provided us from the start, and Tri City was more than far with what we provided her for her money and went above and beyond to do anything we could to help her to have transportationI am sorry that she was not satisfied but with her experience but I do believe we were in the right, in the situationThank you, Sincerely Eric ***- Tri City Auto

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2015/12/24) */
Mr. [redacted] has his facts wrong , the warr.he purchased for his 164,000 miles h.d.2500 Chevy is a 5 year 100,000 mile Drive Train ONLY , NOT a bumper to bumper, and he is well aware of this, new cars only offer 3 year 36,000 mile bumper to bumper,...

why would he think a heavy duty work truck with 164,000 mile would have this coverage, also the warr. company was AUL. THE WARR. HAS SOME CONDITIONS ,SUCH AS ,NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ,FLEET ,OR A LIC. REPAIR FACILITY MUST CHANGE OIL AND FILTER EVERY 4MO. OR 4,000 MILES ,THERE ARE A NUMBER OF REASONS aul mIGHT HAVE DENIED HIS CLAIM ,MOST OFTEN THEN NOT IT COMES DOWN TO WARR. HOLDER LACK OF MAINTENANCE PERFORMED ON VEHICLE, MAYBE Mr [redacted] can send Revdex.com.The letter for the warr. company stating why the denied coverages, and we can revisit this claim .It has been 3 years and 8 months since the purchase of this vehicle ,It is Tri Citys Opinion that there is information that has been left out from Mr [redacted] that was provided from the warr. company, and We stand firm ,we have no wrong doing in this matter ,and believe 3 years 8 mo. later We have No Fault In this Matter

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2015/08/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I believe Mr. Dennis [redacted] may not understand the situation in dispute here, as he was not the party I dealt with. I dealt with a party called Paul at Tri-City. I am referring to Nissan Murano SL 2004 purchased on the 2nd of July, 2015. I never mentioned a value of $8890 as Mr. Dennis [redacted] has stated, I am referring to a value as stated on the Bill of Sale to be $8990 instead of $8000. The original seller of this vehicle was 'Luxury Import Auto sales' which has some arrangement with 'Tri-City Auto' for financing. I have a copy of the ad I found on craigslist for the sale of the car in question stating the price of $8000 (Attached). I even tried to bargain but to no avail because I will be need financing. Mr. Dustin [redacted] had me fill out an online application form for financing which he forwarded to Paul. In that form, I clearly stated the amount I needed to be financed for. After the application process, I was asked to meet with Paul for the paperwork process. During the paperwork process - as I was not blind as Mr. Dennis [redacted] insinuates - I questioned the additional charge of $990 but I was told to expect a receipt in the mail from my insurance company which I never received.
After the paper work with Paul, I went to meet with Dustin [redacted] to take the car and title. He had me sign an additional form (Vehicle purchase contract) stating the exact cost of the car as $8000 with a less trade in allowance charge of $1000 bringing the amount due to $7000. I have attached a copy of the vehicle purchase contract, the sale sticker and the online advertisement. I am also attaching copies of the additional documents from the paperwork with Paul showing the disputed charge. All these documents are contradicting.
As noted, I am requesting a refund of the additional charge of $990. I have not received any documentation from the finance company (Superior Choice Credit Union) to support the charge as Paul stated during the paperwork process, hence, I want a refund.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/09/09) */
To keep this short , we are not Luxury Imports , we are Tri City Auto, we never advertised this car for any price on any site or magazine ,so any ad she has in her hand is for a different dealership , not us , our sale price was 8,990.00 , which she agreed to when she signed 5 different legal documents that had the purchase price on it very clearly, The price was disclosed when she purchased this vehicle from us. As far as a receipt from her insurance company ,I have no idea what she is talking about, Tri City has no idea who her insurance company is,she has sent you everything but her signed purchase agreement and P 2000 form that shows the price we sold the vehicle for and her signature is on the bottom of the forms Thank You Dennis [redacted] Owner.
Final Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2015/09/10) */
To keep my response short, it is of no consequence to me whether you are Tricity or Luxury Imports. I went to purchase a vehicle from Luxury imports who apparently processed their financing through Tricity, whether for administrative convenience or for whatever reason. As a customer, I am not privy to any agreement between the two entities to know why. If fact I did not know that they were even two separate entities. I simply went to buy a car from a dealer who said he was offering financing and directed me to go do paperwork at Tricity.
If there is a fee from Tricity for providing such financing (which is well within your rights to charge), the least that should be done is to disclose to the customer the nature of the fee, not surreptitiously increasing the price of the car by $990, and providing incorrect information about it when I inquired. If I had been aware, I would simply have sought financing from my own bank, and avoided this headache. I used the dealer's offered financing service only for convenience.
If we cannot amicably reach a mutual agreement to refund this unsupported $990 value within this Revdex.com platform, I shall be pursuing action to recover said amount from the Minnesota [redacted] Claims Court. Rest assured that justice will be done.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] in May 2016. It is not August 2016 and I have the vehicle has been sitting in front of my house for 3 weeks. I have attempted to repair it 3 times. I called the dealer and they refused to help. I am on my way to the Attorney General office to file a lemon claim.Desired Settlement: I want this vehicle either repaired or replaced. I am still making payments on it and I would like to be able to operate the vehicle that I am purchasing. The loan company is working with me, so why won't the dealership?
