Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, why would I trade a truck with half the miles for this truck it makes no sense they never told me not mention it you know the pressure these people put on people I was financed under the pretense this vehicle had the mileage that odometer had I'm a fairly mechanically inclined person and would not have went for the we don't know the mileage crap had that been said to me you can you have them get the record for when purchased from daa and the mileage it had when purchased to prove they are the ones who did this it will clearly show that they new exactly what the mileage was? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I want to see the mileage report on the vehicle at the time you purchased this from auction every odometer is written down at time of purchase from auction
I want an honest solution to a real shady deal made by the people I'm a mechanical person and would have never made a deal on this vehicle had they made it perfectly clear this vehicle had over 400,miles I traded truck in with half that many miles very upset and this act needs to be punished they changed the odometer and are saying they don't know the actual mileage but with a carfax pulled it will show what the mileage was when the purchased it from auction ask them to send in carfaxSincerely,*** ***

My name is Robert M*** I am with Tri city Car Sales LLC I am responding to complaint number *** Customer is requesting additional paperwork from us As we stated before the vehicle he purchased was over years old and does not require an odometer disclosure We did how ever sign a odometer disclosure, as did the customer stating the mileage was not actual, and that a discrepancy exists Further more our vehicle purchase order states that the mileage was not actual When customer purchased the vehicle he stated "it doesn't matter these pickups will go a million miles" Please if you have any further questions feel free to call us at 509-586-4433.
