My complaint is how they did not follow the law in trying to repo a person car, and they thought I was not going to get it back Fast and auto took car for finance charges, which I was paying on my title loan, and had advised them at the time was no longer workingMy car was dropped off
at the auction the same day it was repo and my belonging were taking to ***They never filed a certificate of repossession condition sale contract or ,neither did they mail the copy out to me that they claimed to have filedI have a copy that they gave to me after the fact and I went to DMV to ask if it was ever filed, it was notI want tobbebwant to be reimbursed the money that was pais in finance chargers as well as the redemption fee from *** Auction, and the fee for my belongs that were sent to Accurate adjustmentsThe finance charges were 1353.22, redemption fee was and the fee to get belongs was The only fee thag I am willing to leave out is the repo fee which was They have done this to other customer but they did not want their car back and the got away with this It' not ok
