Review: On Jan 15 2015 I went to this medical facility called [redacted] also dba Tri City Endo.[redacted] and [redacted] was told I needed to pay $139.85 by a young girl behind the counter who looked like she was straight out of high school.I told her my insurance ([redacted]) did not work that way and she said "Pay It or dont see the doctor".I wrote a check and they cashed it 2 weeks later.I was NOT supposed to be charged this amount and as a senior on a limited income,my insurance company informed me to FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY RETURNED.I was then directed by the same office to take it up with their billing person as THERE WAS NO OFFICE MANAGER! Ok so I did..their billing person is in [redacted]a and her name is [redacted] Oceanside phone number but yet she is "Supposedly" in [redacted] looked into it and said OOPS yes your right WE DO OWE you that money back.I will see to it that the accountant in [redacted] will cut you a check and you will have it by Mar.23 2015.We will call it an overcharge and if its not there by the 23rd call me.I have called everyday since the 23rd of March and this woman [redacted] Reem will not return my calls.She never answers a phone lets all calls go to Voice Mail.Ive tried being nice,angry,aggressive,passive they WILL NOT RESPOND AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY..As a senior this is Elder Abuse and I am also going to file an incident report with the [redacted].. this business DO NOT CARE care about their patients..DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD AND THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! In all my years on this planet Ive never heard of NO OFFICE MANAGER.BEWARE BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! And a Billing Nitemare!Desired Settlement: CASH orCHECK FOR MY OVERCHARGE NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
