Review: I ordered a upgraded flower arraignment from the owner [redacted] April 28,2014 for my mother in-law in Waterloo Iowa because her husband passed away. They were delivered Tuesday, April 29,2014. When my daughter arrived on Friday May 2,2014 just 3 days later, I asked her to send me a picture. I was shocked. There were no rose some flowers were dead. I called Tri-City Florist, and spoke to [redacted] who claimed to be the owner I explained my dissatisfaction with the bouquet. She said she couldn't do anything it was too late (3 days) she sent the order to a flower shop in Iowa. I told her I bought them from her, she would need to rectify the problem and she was cold and said there was nothing she could do. Wrong answer. I asked her to send another bouquet or refund my money and she said she would have to talk to the other shop and call me back. She didn't call. I called her and she said they were closed and she would follow up on Monday. She didn't. I called and asked for [redacted] and [redacted] said [redacted] only works on Saturday, I then asked for the owner and she tried very hard not to pass the call onto her, she wouldn't even tell me her name. Finally [redacted] gets on the phone an claims to be the owner. She was the lady that took my order and she sounded just like [redacted]. After going around and around she finally said she would refund half of my money. I paid $88.00 and they were even upgraded. I told her no and she said she would refund $65.99 as of today I have not seen a refund. I am sorry, I can't post the picture of what I ordered an what was delivered. I did send them to [redacted]. This is place does not offer any type of resolution. They just want you to hang up and go away.Desired Settlement: [redacted] at Tri-City Florist said she would refund $65.99 out of my $88.00 and I have not seen a refund yet. I would like the whole amount since they were so difficult and refused any resolution.

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
