Added Insulation to a second floor addition to my home approx sq ft and there are hot spots on walls and missing insulation in pocket door areas Approx May Tri city installed insulation to the second floor addition to our home We have noticed there are areas throughout the upstairs were the walls are warm to the touch We have also noticed they did not add any insulation to the pocket doors My husband called 7-and no one called him back I call on 7-and no one called me back I called 7-and spoke with [redacted] and told him my issue He was very reluctant to take responsibility for the issues, nor did he act as if he wanted to have the work inspected He finally agreed for the superintendent to come to my house HE would not give my a date or time Said he would call me back I still have not gotten a call back to schedule the appt I will go to both the media and [redacted] if Tri city does not correct this issue in which they have been paid

water leak repairI payed tri city insulation $ 450:00 to fix this leak they did not fix the prolem ihave call them to let them know but they have not come back to my home to fix this water leak.the service was not good I want a refund of my money .or come back to fix the prolem.Desired Settlementrepair or refund

We have noticed there are areas throughout the upstairs were the walls are warm to the touch. We have also noticed they did not add any insulation to the pocket doors. My husband called 7-11 and no one called him back. I call on 7-21 and no one called me back. I called 7-25 and spoke with [redacted] and told him my issue. He was very reluctant to take responsibility for the issues, nor did he act as if he wanted to have the work inspected. He finally agreed for the superintendent to come to my house. HE would not give my a date or time. Said he would call me back. I still have not gotten a call back to schedule the appt. I will go to both the media and [redacted] if Tri city does not correct this issue in which they have been paid.Desired SettlementFix the issue causing the warm walls and add insulation where it is missing.
