Tri City Mobile Detail

We had Dan over to our home to detail my wife's car for her birthday present The quality of work and end result meets my expectations There are two items I would suggest they work on and I am not reporting this as a problem, just constructive feedback I was quoted a price on the phone but was told the price would be $more on site I was told the steam cleaning would take longer but the equipment did not work properly so we did not get a steam clean as promised I understand equipment fails but I was still charged $more than quoted Dan worked on the car hours so I am fine with what I paid for what I got The only other issue is Dan backed his truck into the lower part of my yard to clean our car, when he left he spun his tires creating a trench He stopped to clean his truck but did not offer to fix the damage to the yard No big deal Overall completely satisfied and will use this company again

My name is Jimmy and I called to have my truck buffed out because I had some over spray from a rattle can topcoat. I checked with body shops and they said it would not come off. Well I will tell you this company took all of it off and my truck looks brand new. Thank you guys and you are #1 in my book.

I was told the steam cleaning would take longer but the equipment did not work properly so we did not get a steam clean as promised. I understand equipment fails but I was still charged $25 more than quoted. Dan worked on the car 4.5 hours so I am fine with what I paid for what I got.
