We hired this company to install our custom designed pool Most companies subcontract out the work, which was the case with our pool Unfortunately, the owner, ***, was the one who would open and close our pool He was a nightmare to work with, admitted that he didn't want to be at our home because it was too far from Grand Haven, he was rude, he spoke to us as though we were stupid, he bashed the tools and supplies we had purchased and he wouldn't answer questions about the processes or equipment because we had not purchased most of our equipment from him, even though he agreed to do the job knowing this Please do your research, ask lots of questions and pick the right contractor for you We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! You just don't expect this level of immaturity and unprofessinalism when you pay this much money to install a pool
