his complaint is with the city of San Bernardino. ca. on 3-17-16 at about 7 am our company got a call for a tow from San Bernardino police dispatch. they had 2 cars that were parked on the street at the curb with temp no parking signs all along...

mill St. due to repaving two cars were blocking this work and the paving co called the police to remove these cars so work could continue. we happened to be the company that got the call and we removed the cars at the request of the police officer. this was not an illegal tow. the amount charged was in compliance with the area tow rate set by the CHP for area tow rotation. there dispute is with the City of San Bernardino. but there were signs along both sides of the street and had been there for days prior to let people know that there was going to be repaving that day. there are warehouses at that location and there are many cars parked along that street everyday. its funny how that day there were only 2 cars there and they got towed so that the construction could continue.
