Tri-County installed an AC unit in my new home. Later it was discovered the unit installed had a drain line in the wall that was not properly secured. The drain line disconnected and condensation from the unit drained into the wall cavity for an unknown time frame.From the time of discovery to the time Tri-County fixed the drain line and repaired the wall was approximately 7 months. When fixing the wall the unit (ductless mini split) had to be moved. Within one week of the move the unit has failed to function. Tri-County has been out three times to fix unit and it still does not function. I have left repeated messages to the owner and office over the last two weeks. No one will call me back.During the problem it was discovered that the unit quoted to me (and paid for) is not the unit that was installed. The unit installed was a sub par unit from the one quoted.
