Tri County Appliance

Review: Purchased a used washer on 3/25/14, which came with a 30-day warranty. Washer leaks hot water at all times unless spigot is turned off. Notified "[redacted]", owner of Tri-County Appliance, two weeks after bringing washer home. [redacted] stated he needed to "order a part" and would call me when it arrived. Two more weeks passed; called [redacted] who said "part isn't in yet, should be in by the end of the week." Called him again the following week, when he stated that he "lost" our phone number. That was the last we ever heard from [redacted]...Left my callback number this morning on his number ([redacted]), "mailbox full" so only able to leave number. When he called back, I reminded him that he forgot about us... he once again claimed "I didn't have your phone number", to which I replied that he had said that before, and that I don't know what to do about this situation at this point, at which time he HUNG UP ON ME.[redacted] And we're stuck with a BROKEN WASHING MACHINE.Desired Settlement: Joe will need to cover the ENTIRE COST of having this washer repaired by SOMEBODY ELSE. I do not want that type of person anywhere around my home - he cannot be trusted.
