In response to the complaint by the customer:
People came over and started moving tanks around and feeding the horses without notifying anyone on the premises. They did not come to the house or attempt to look for anyone to let them know....
They were told to stop moving things around, & to immediately leave the premises - I did not know that these people were her family members until later and was attempting to protect the animals. I did not know who these people were on my property, and do not allow strangers to come and feed animals or move things around in animal pens.
In response to my starving animals at the back of the property. This is an absurd accusation. There are 24 horses in the back of the property and people who own them are coming and going - someone is back there at least 2 to 3 times a week. If I was starving horses or not taking care of them surely they would be taking their horses out of my care. I feed all of the animals twice a day, and water is always readily available.
She also stated that water was not available to her horses - water is always available. The day that her family members were in I was repairing their water tank, so it was being emptied for repairs and was filled up immediately after the tank was repaired. It was a short amount of time. Her horses were fed twice a day like all of the other animals, and I do not withhold food or water from any of them.
As far as spraying weeds - I did indeed spray the weeds - however, there were no horses in the pen, nor were there supposed to be any horses in that pen. They moved those horses back in after they were already told to get off of the property and didn't tell anyone that they moved the horses back in.

This is complete facially and I demand to see proof of this in the form of receipts. If my statements were untrue, I would not have filed a police report as, falsifying police reports is illegal.
