I am rejecting this response because:What a joke they gave me back the couch with the arm that was fine all sewn up but you can see it this side was fine, This store is a ripe off.

Customer is getting delivery tomorrow with the fixed sofa

Ms....

[redacted] contacted Find's Furniture and said that the arm of the sofa she purchased from Find's needed to be fixed. The owner of the store personally went out to the customers house and spoke to the consumer, Ms.[redacted] . She told him the arm of the sofa was fixed to her satisfaction but there was a white streak on the other arm and after inspecting the streak the owner determined that it was a scuff mark and was removed on the spot with a damp cloth. At that time Ms. [redacted] said thank you and he left. The store owner observed when he first saw the sofa that it was abused beyond normal wear and tear after 6 months of use. Even though Ms. [redacted] expressed satisfaction with the sofa, at this time she is asking Find's Furniture to remove the sofa and give her a full refund. We do not believe that a refund is justified under the circumstances.
