Revdex.com:Please be advised the information provided by Wild Bills is
untrue. There was never any note left on
the door. No one from Wild Bills ever
came to the house to correct the problem of the uninstalled transition strip
*** the salesperson who we purchased the flooring from had
and has phone numbers to both our houses to contact us from day one on the
purchase. For the expressed purpose to
contact either of us to make his job easier and insure the job would be done
correctly
Unfortunately he chose just to drop the ball and hope the
problem would go away
All we want is for them to schedule and install the
transition strip and complete the job as quickly as possible as this has been
dragging on for several months
Thank you for your assistance
Regards,

We are disappointed that Mr. [redacted] was unhappy with our estimate and have  mailed his refund check to the new address he provided us prior to receiving this...

complaint letter.
Attached please find a copy of the envelope that was returned to us in late July.
I will follow up with the customer if I don't see his check processed by our bank in the next week.
Thanks for your help, Dave F[redacted]

It is our goal at Wild Bills to always offer superior service to the customer. In Mr. [redacted]'s case, ironically unmentioned by the customer in his complaint, we have already scheduled two repairs. On the occasion of his first appointment we gave him an approximate arrival time. Ten minutes...

PRIOR to our scheduled time the customer called complaining angrily that the mechanics were not there and told us he had to leave. We rescheduled, this time I spoke with the customer personally and asked him to pick a time when he would be home, a time that would not inconvenience him. This time when both the store and the mechanic phoned the customer prior to arriving, there was no answer. We still arrived at the customers' house to find no one home. We left a note on the front door.
I have instructed the mechanic to make one last no charge appointment to repair the transition strip. Nothing would please us more than the opportunity to simply get in the home and complete the S minute repair.
Thank you, [redacted], Wild Bill's Carpet
