First let us simply state that as a company customer satisfaction is our primary concern at Tri-County ExteriorsIt is our sincere hope that this matter can be resolved amicably and in a timely manner and we believe wholeheartedly that it could be resolved with the appropriate response from the
customer In March when this project was in the proposal phase we quoted the client a price which was significantly higher than the number we settled onIn that process we revealed that in order to cut costs to meet the clients budget expectations that we would need to change the proposal to accommodateThe agreed upon proposals attached and very detailed down the specific sizes of every product involved including a gallon water heater which is standard in almost every home of the same square footage in America Of course while water usage may vary from home to home, our only purpose in reducing the size was to reduce the costOnce again the attached typed out proposal, the customer signed off on and agreed 100% with Once the work was completed, the customer who agreed to the cost saving measures across the entire job, let us know that there were issues with the amount of heated water she was receivingOur initial concern was that it may not be functioning properlyUpon inspection on several visits to the home every thing was installed properly and the quality of the water heater is one of the best the market has to offerAfter several discussions with the client she made us aware that she uses more water than the capacity could supportWe initially offered to replace the heater at the difference of the costUnfortunately this customer has a tendency to use demeaning and abusive language and tone even when we have sincere intentions of accommodating herAfter several back and forth conversations we decided to just take the loss on the job and replace the water heater with the gallonThe Problem: Bradford W*** no longer makes an Gallon water heaterWe offered her to put in a second water heater the same size at no costShe refused to consider that as an optionWe had and have every intention of satisfying this customer even though according to our contract we have completed everything as agreed in writingWe have endured the abusive and condescending language the threats and the insults, but we are unable to invent or recreate a water heater that no longer exists on the marketWe are sure that anyone who reviews the contract the comments and even our work will be more than satisfied with our attempts to satisfy the customerIf she is willing to work with us and refrain from abusive and insulting language we will be happy to resolve her concerns as soon as feasibly possible at the difference in cost

HORRIBLE experience with Tri-County Exteriors - PA
I own a townhome in Bucks county, PA and my roof is 20+ years old. Its a 2 layer roof & has no issues right now but I decided to get a new roof this year before a major problem comes.
After going through multiple quotations, I decided to go with Tri-County Exteriors, signed the contract & gave the deposit in March 2016. I was told by the owner Shayne S[redacted] that they will get back with the installation date. Not hearing from them for some time, I tried calling with no response. Finally after 2 months, was able to talk to Shayne who said that you own a townhome and after looking at the roof, I don't think I want to do this & will return your deposit.
I was like WHATTT... We have been in contract for so long & you are telling this now, you could have told this 2 months back. He said sorry but kept saying if your
neighbours can do the roof together, then I can do it. I told him this was not part of the contract & he was like... Its just a piece of paper. Hmmm... He was so rude, unprofessional and unethical. Such a horrible experience. He told me to thank him that he was returning my deposit... I was like you are breaking the contract and not me... I feel I am lucky that he did not do my roof. Its good that I got to know early that he is a big CHEAT. It seems they don't do townhomes but they realized after having me in contract for 3 months.
Anyways, PLEASE beware of this company. They are not true and don't do what they say before taking deposit...

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of the reason, which seems to be unknown at this point, we run out of hot water & did not before Tri County Exteriors did the work. We are simply asking it be fixed like we were promised. I told Tri County it needs to be replaced or they need to find the cause as to why it is not efficient, as we were promised it would be. Whether it is replaced by another new 40 gallon water heater or an 80 gallon water heater at no additional cost to us. I will accept what ever will fix the problem. It is unacceptable to have a brand new hot water heater and run out of water, when before it was replaced never happenedoccuredhappened. Especially when there are children in the household. There also should be a manufacturer warranty which may solve the problem but we were not given any of that information from Tri County Exteriors.Regards,
