The Customer in this complaint originally told us that they made a specific amount and put that number down on the application but after review from the Lender it was found that they did not claim that amount on the Annual tax return They need more income to get the house The co
applicant was unemployed at the time of submission, later we learned that new employment was found we suggested adding it to application but we were told they had found another place and need the return of the down payment to but this newe place We do not believe that is fair to us since we have the house available for them
Never once told them I for ure had a jobI told him I could possibly get an old job back but not for sure and before we turned any peppers in we told Steven S*** in the first place that not all of his taxes gets claimed an he said that it was fine and it would be oka for the companyAll I want is my down payment back they won't accept us just off of his incomeSteven S*** told us we would for sure get out money back an when I kept calling the first three weeks he garenteeed me that I would get my refund back of the in two to three weeks an now he is lying saying we can' have it backWe didn't move in or anything all we want is the down payment backSteven gave us information and is giving us information nobody will answer our calls or give us any info on why we haven't got it back yet

We have looked at the Apartment there is no Mold We are working on the gutters and roof This was damage from the recent storms
