I had a bitter experience with Tri County Furniture Services Inc. I was scheduled for an in-home furniture repair in the time window of 1:30pm -5:30pm, I was called to know that the technician was reaching my residence in 5 minutes, I await at home expecting the technician to show up and, no one did, I called their office, and they connected to the technician who tells me he is in another city which is 120 miles away, how can this be? When I demanded that they take care of this the very day as I have taken half day off from work, I get cursed at and trash talked. They have no ethics or decency, the way they talk are as if they are street criminals/thugs. Save your self some agony and frustration. Do not deal with them or Abbyson Living who happens to have them a vendor for their repair works.
