The company was hired to install tile and they broke the leg on my sofa bedTheir employees admitted that they were at fault On August 7, [redacted] Road LLC hired Impact Flooring of Dallas, TX to install tile flooring in my apartmentWhile there, the workers broke the leg on my sofa bed and proceeded to try to hide it by putting the broken leg under one of the cushions of the sofaThey did not tell the Apartment Manager (who was on the Property at the time)nor anyone elseAfter I discovered the broken leg (a day later), I went through lie after lie from the manger [redacted] and [redacted] about repairing and/or replacing my sofa bedThey had one of their employees come into my home and take pictures without my knowledge or consent and he even offered to repair my sofa (not for the come/he said but for me because he felt bad that he caused the incident)Well later I found out that too was a lie, because they came back and told me that the pictures indicated that the leg had
Carpet company agreed to replace carpet in my bedroom matching what I had in the rest of the apartment Did not due so and damaged it even further I wanted to take the time to report an issue that I had requesting a carpet change with this company I requested to have the carpet in one room replaced in my apartment complex due to minor damage I was told that the carpet can be matched and that my apartment complex would be contacted to see what carpet they use in their units to be sure that the correct carpet is used After two weeks of going back and forth of finding a perfect date for the install, yesterday was the day we were going to make the changes It was agreed that I was paying to have the carpet in one bedroom changed out that matches exactly with what I have right now Unfortunately, that was not the caseBefore even ensuring the carpet matched, the worker ripped out the old carpet He realized that it didn't match upon installation and stopped, cut out a rather la
