Aaron arrived early for inspection on pending home purchase. He alleviated some fears I had and found other issues that I would not have discovered, so he was extremely helpful and very, very thorough. Came back and did Radon test which I am glad I did. Very prompt, thorough and a pleasure to deal with from the very first call. Would most certainly recommend.

We were very pleased with the service we received. We hired them from 500 miles away, and they did a thorough job with the inspection. We especially liked that photos were included of all inspections, including details and arrows pointing to specific issues. They promptly emailed the report with pictures to us to see. It was difficult for us to buy a house across country, but they helped make it easier!

My home inspection report was available to me on the same day as my appointment. This is clearly a company that goes above and beyond for all of its customers. I honestly thought the issue was taken care of. The [redacted]'s claim is 100% untrue and could not be farther from the...
truth. When contacted by the [redacted] we immediately took action and offered assistance. We reviewed the report and photos of the attic that clearly showed no mice were present at time of inspection months prior to the complaint. Two inspectors, the agent, the [redacted] family relatives were present at time of inspection.
I personaly sent Mr. [redacted] the photos and corresponded with him and his agent over the course of several weeks. When Mr. [redacted] stated he was going to sue us, I handed the claim over to our attorney who contacted Mr. [redacted] on October 9th. The issues stated, the report, and claim were reviewed by a third party and determined that the conditions were not present at time of inspection.
It appears following my attorneys correspondence with Mr. [redacted] he turned to the internet to vent his false accusations.
I spoke with my attorney today and he will be providing notice to the [redacted] of suite within the next 14 days.
The statements made by Mr. [redacted] are completely false and the Revdex.com reporting of his complaint would likely bring the Revdex.com into the suite as contributing party. We are going to go after Mr.[redacted] following this complaint as well as other defamatory comments he posted on other online review sights. We will be seaking damages incurred by TCHI by Mr. [redacted] following his false complaints that were proven to be inaccurate. The costs associated with Mr. [redacted] over the past few months have extended past Small Claims Court and we need to seek damages if for no other reason than to prove a point.
I ask the Revdex.com not to post Mr. [redacted]'s complaint until review by the court and notice has been served by my attorney. Please take note that I am informing you as a Revdex.com representative that the posting of Mr. [redacted] complaint may result in damages exacerbated trough publication.
