March 9, 2016Dear [redacted]:This complaint is completely false, and is lacking in credibility.Nothing was put in escrow, as that was totally dreamt up by this defendant.The defendant hired me for violating his supervised release in Federal Court. A copy of my written fee agreement, which is...

explained to and signed by the defendant, is enclosed.As this defendant knows, along with Judge [redacted] and Assistant United States Attorney [redacted], we waited for him at his violation hearing for 90 minutes. The Judge left the bench, advising us that she would retake the bench once the defendant decided to appear.Two Federal Marshals, myself, my associate, the US Attorney, the Federal Agent involved, and court staff, all waited for [redacted], as he continued to text me advising that he would be there in "20 more minutes', then “30 more minutes', then “20 more minutes'.After 90 minutes, the Judge got on my cellphone, called [redacted], and identified herself. She asked where he was, and he said that he was still at a job site. She reminded him that all of his texts were lies, and that she gave him an absolute gift by letting him surrender from the street to have his hearing. That may be difficult to understand, but I am enclosing a copy of a letter that I wrote to Judge [redacted] in advance, which is self explanatory.This defendant got preferential treatment in that he did not have to surrender to the jail, and wait 2 weeks for a hearing. The Judge allowed him to surrender from the street, have the hearing, for which he would not have been violated because it was “worked out”.After that, I did not hear from the defendant for months, as he went on one of his drug binges, and now all of a sudden he resurfaces telling me he wants money back.If he believes he is entitled to a refund that is pure fantasy. We killed an entire afternoon waiting for this defendant, after receiving preferential treatment. Subsequent to that, all the defendant did was lie and now he reappears.There will be no refund here, and I take complaints to the Revdex.com seriously.
