a declined credit card for his digital account. I have stop the digital account
and cleared the balance on that account to prevent the customer from receiving
any bill, phone calls or e-mails.

HOWEVER, please note that my contact with your Customer Service office was to cancel ANY and ALL subscriptions with the Clarion-Ledger! I was assured that this would be the case. To ensure this, I asked AMEX to put a BLOCK on your billing attempts as I suspected that your customer service would be unable to actually do what I asked them to do. Thus, the "decline" was my declination of your attempt to illegally collect for a service that had been ended by me. This is just another example of why you've lost me forever as a customer!
