Review: Tri County Pest Control did not fulfill their stated responsibility in preparing for or in the agreed upon execution of their obligation to initiate the eradification of rodents from my property located at:[redacted]Summerland, Calif. 93067Emplyer/employee [redacted] told me one story as to why they did not set the baited traps at the property and why they did not plug all the holes for rodent access in the house.And a [redacted] then, also from Tri County Pest Control, told me other reasons and in a different discussion offering a completely different story as to why they did not set the proper traps at the property or plug the access holes in the house to fulfill their obligations of rodent control.The work was to commence on 7/16/2013 after the assignment of the job, in speaking to this [redacted] on 7/15/2013.[redacted] hung the phone up in the middle of our conversation after he asked me a question on 7/22/2013 and then I cancelled their service for non-performance and many complaints of the tenants living in the residence, by leaving a message on the Tri County Pest Control Company voice mail on the 22nd of July and by speaking to this [redacted] on the morning of July 23rd, directly.Rude, unprofessional and in not fulfilling what they said they would do is the reason for this complaint and demand for a refund of all monies paid by credit card. Tri County did not even provide by e-mail or US Mail an itemized contract for service to review or sign.They owe me $275.00.Tri County Pest Control is an untruthful organization, does not fulfill what they had stated they were to do, have two people orchestrating the deceit and are unprofessional in action and words. I am rejecting this response because:

This is all one, big, shining lie--- emanating from this [redacted], author of Tri-County Pest Control's response to my complaint and my reasonable demand for a full refund.

The lack of ethical conduct, this lack of material results on behalf of Tri-County Pest Control all creates a material void that emantes from the events and ineffectiveness of my experience with Tri-County Pest Control. It is exactly what happens when a company is unorganized, has no designated center point for communication, does not offer a contract for services (never, ever received if they ever did mail it) and has two people working the same customer, this [redacted] and another, a [redacted].

As I am confident that the Revdex.com would agree, no one would ever order the plugging of some holes in a leaking ship to stop all the leaks. In such an analogy here, I would never order or want just some of the holes plugged to stop a rodent investation. What kind of made up story and mistruth---is that???--- this [redacted] has purjured himself, coming up with this bogus information to cover his lack of profesionalism, thoroughness and actions?

And he, in continuing, in his tactile effort to divert the Revdex.com's attention away from this important issue, by falsely claiming a sexual inuendo and a fear, by the cowardly interpretation of the note on my correspondence to them; You are Done! Absolutely, they are done being on my property and pretending to do any pest control work on my behalf. They are fired!! They are done!

And the plugging of the holes into the house, [redacted] claims and writes, that I wanted the holes to be done only in the laundry room?? Well, surprise, surprise to this Mr. [redacted], there is no laundry room at that property!! NONE! Clearly, he got his story got mixed up with Mr. [redacted]''S story and as to what was directly told to me about what Tri-County Pest Control said they would do, what they claimed they would do and what they actually did.

This is exactly what happens when you have more than one person on the same job handling the same customer: mis-communication and carelessness. Negligence then ensues, different stories emerge and the job does not get done effectively or properly. How sad and what a danger for others looking to employ these people, Tri-County Pest Control!!

Maybe [redacted], the other individual involved in this, told [redacted] about a laundry room., a dissappointing continuation of the confusion between them and the work to be done and where.

Odd, Mr. [redacted] never even mentioned Mr. [redacted] in his response to my valid complaint.

Tri-County Pest Control negligence and ommissions are as follows;

----You set four simple traps, none of them baited as you promised.

----You claimed you plugged only some, a few of the holes in one room, the laundry room, one room of the entire house, like the mice or rats will not go into the others? And there is no laundry room as any washing machine or dryer is on the second floor and in the two car garage!!!

--- You fully charged me for service you did not complete, that was bogus and that was not performed properly.

----You offered no contract for me to sign and no itemization of any type for service, before, during or after what you said what you would do.

Not unreasonably, I deserve a full refund.

ORKIN PEST CONTROL was summoned after the mis-steps, deceit and failure of Tri-County Pest Control.

They have 4 baited traps out, 4 non-baited traps in, exactly like Tri-County was to do. ORKIN PEST CONTROL has caught 7 rats and 3 mice in less [redacted]e than Tri-County Pest Control caught one rat!!

That is because they did their job!!!--CORRECTLY AND HONESTLY!!! ----[redacted], the owner of ORKIN PEST CONTROL SERVICES coordinated the entire job, perfectly.

Yes, my complaint against Tri-County Pest Control is valid, evidenced, moral, legal and ethical.

Tri-County Pest Control did not do what they said they would do, tried to hide their ineffectiveness by diversion and decieved me, the owner of the property.

Tri-County Pest Control was not professional, honest or competent!!!

The Revdex.com and other potential, future customers should know about this, should be aware of Tri-County Pest Control's unethical, unorganized and manipulative demeanor.

I deserve and demand a full refund.

This would not be possible if we conducted ourselves in the manner that this customer states we have. We have the utmost confidence in our managers, employees and stand behind the services we provide. We pride ourselves in the returning clientele we have because of this. But in the interest of professionalism and to bring this matter to a close, we will comply with Mr. [redacted]'s request and refund his service fee.
