Tri-County Pool and Spa Service and Repair

Review: 5-21-2014 [redacted] came to my home and fixed all my jets considering my spa; I paid in full, check #1261 - $100.00 which service was provided. [redacted] told me he needed $550.00 before ordering water filter tank and further service – drain and clean spa. I wrote [redacted] a check #1262 - $550.00 to Tri-County Service and Repair. Since then the check has been cashed, no service has been done. I have tried to contact [redacted] by phone eleven times. Several times he has promise to order the part but has not shown up. The last few phone calls I have no answer at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my money in full: $550.00 back.
