The dealer made app. with all my referrals but only showed up for two of those appointments. Company reps did not call the other two families nor apologize to them for not showing up to their home. Several times I have gone to Bottle Free Co. to let them know that it was their fault for not keeping their appointment and for that reason I should receive the cooking set.
