Do not trust them !! Without discussing anything with me, they changed my payment date which I had with them for over a yearI budgeted my payments to co-inside with my Social Security payment so I always knew my money would be there and I do not have to plan aheadI have never missed a payment and they still changed my payment date without asking me or even discussing it with me THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED !
I was approved for a loan on 12/10/and was told the funds would go into my bank account on 12/11/ When they did not go in I contacted the company and they said I had given them the wrong account information and they didn't know where the money went The made it seem as if it were my fault They said once they found out where the money went and it was returned they would send the money to my account I have called every day and no one can tell me what the status is They can only tell me I will not get the funds until they are returned They even hung up on me My account says I owe them $but I haven't received the money Now I hear they have taken money out of someone's account when they didn't owe them any money I am afraid they will do the same to me I asked if I could cancel the loan and they said it was a process and wouldn't give me any information I just want to know when I can expect to get the loan and if they are a legitimate company

I was told to send in copy of ID and Debit card; which I did 10 times because they claim it wasn't visible.
I have called, emailed and texted but haven't gotten a response.
Now I am afraid because they have my banking is in their hands! Now I read where someone didn't get their but nhcash still took money out an account.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for help financially for a short term loan. The Customer Service is exceptional with quick response to your questions. Just always remember to read all the information on these type of loans before obligating yourself to a contract. These Loans are not for everyone.
