Well, long story short they never showed for the walk thru, rescheduled for a 1/later and then never showed This was at 8am and it was snow on the ground and the house was extremely coldThey said they were on their way for the 11am walk thru but them said wait there for the a/c heat company ( call was 9:am) which, of course never arrived while we were there which was until 1pm We walked away and headed back to Florida with more than $owed to utility companies for our "walk thru" on a home that was not livable and our deposit of $ They did offer to send us out deposit back after numerous emails and getting our lawyer involved they said it would be mailed out today 2/18/but all the outstanding bills for the walk thru we had to "eat"Please make sure any company pays to turn on the utilities for the walk thru you should not have to out of your pocketThis was a total mess and I am upset this cost us days of food, lost wages, car expense for trip and of course the bills for the utilities This company was not honest with the disclosure of the condition of the houseTheir response was " we did not know we had not checked the house"....really????

fell in her daughter's bedroom, the property owner was at her residence within 1.5 hours of getting the call.  Repairs are underway today.  The ceiling fell due to unreported water damage.  There was evidence of yellow water staining at the wall/ceiling joint and the painted wood paneling was buckled at the top from intruding water.  Had the leak been reported sooner, the ceiling would not have fallen.  It is costing the property owner much more in repairs due to her apparent lack of concern for the property condition.  If there is any black mold in the property, it was caused by unreported damage and will be remediated immediately.  Upon investigation of the laundry room floor, the property owner discovered that the neighboring tenant had dislodged Ms. [redacted] washing machine drain line from the water drain and the water from her washer was going on the floor of his outside laundry room but running under the house rotting out the flooring on her side of the duplex. This too shall be repaired immediately.  Ms. Dostel is looking for another rental for a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home for $650 in a safe area and we sincerely hope that she finds it soon.  Since she is a month -to- month tenant, the property owner will need to raise her rent to the needed repairs now they have been brought to his attention.  Also, he is going to require that future tenants will be responsible for their own lawn maintenance.  We are regretful that the property condition deteriorated to this extent during Ms. [redacted] occupancy, but we appreciate the notifications now.Thank you,TriCounty Property Management

This company said I had to turn on all the gas, water, electric to do the walk thru which my husband and I did on the walk thru date of 2/14/14. We drove from Florida thru the night and arrived to let the gas company in via lock box. He found a gas leak in the wall behind the stove, the furnace would not work and the a/c would not work either. We had already put down a $1350 deposit plus deposits for gas, electric so we could check if everything worked! Well, long story short they never showed for the walk thru, rescheduled for a 1/2 later and then never showed.
This was at 8am and it was snow on the ground and the house was extremely cold. They said they were on their way for the 11am walk thru but them said wait there for the a/c heat company ( call was 9:20 am) which, of course never arrived while we were there which was until 1pm.
We walked away and headed back to Florida with more than $500 owed to utility companies for our "walk thru" on a home that was not livable and our deposit of $1350.00.
They did offer to send us out deposit back after numerous emails and getting our lawyer involved they said it would be mailed out today 2/18/14 but all the outstanding bills for the walk thru we had to "eat". Please make sure any company pays to turn on the utilities for the walk thru you should not have to out of your pocket. This was a total mess and I am upset this cost us 2 days of food, lost wages, car expense for trip and of course the bills for the utilities.
This company was not honest with the disclosure of the condition of the house. Their response was " we did not know we had not checked the house"....really????

This company has managed 2 of my homes and have cost me thousands of dollars in repairs that they billed me for but did not complete the service. They state that they hired companies to clean and nothing was done, wholes in the walls, and carpet filthy but will not return my money or answer calls or emails. Recently they put a tentant in one property and did not repair or clean anything prior to moving in. Tenant was very unhappy with the company and was trying to move out because maintenance request were not answered . The have horrible customer service and DONT CARE attitude!!!
