[redacted] requested that we process her cash bond refund service by notarizing her Assignment FormAs promised, we processed her cash bond refund and issued her a check, which she received and cashedIf she feels that the process took too long than we apologize but due to difficulties with this case and her change of addresses the refund took longer than expected Her allegations that we represent [redacted] are 100% falseIn our letter to her we stated four (4) times that we are a private refunding company and NOT part of any government or court systemIn fact, we even state that disclaimer in Spanish language If she continues to claim that she never received her refund check from our office we will have to turn this over to our Legal Counsel as we sent her a check and the money was received by her Please dismiss this complaint as she DID receive her refund check from our office as vowed We will gladly provide a copy of her cashed check as evidence if need be

I am still waiting for a refund check for $600 of Bond Number [redacted] (for $1000) that was mailed 4/2/2015 by Broward County Sheriff's Office to Tri County Refund Service who contacted me by undated letter demanding I complete "both the notarized enclosed forms and a copy of [my] photo ID" which I did 2/19/2015. I have not heard from them since and have not received the $600 owed me. I note that the Revdex.com bureau rates Tri County Refund Service as one star. I think maybe they should be investigated for very poor and possibly criminal activity.

This company does not conduct business in a professional manner. They do not return calls or emails. They notified us regarding a refund form the beginning of the year. It is now June 30, and nothing!!! They act like a scam operation

Her allegations that we represent [redacted] are 100% false. In our letter to her we stated four (4) times that we are a private refunding company and NOT part of any government or court system. In fact, we even state that disclaimer in Spanish language.
 
If she continues to claim that she never received her refund check from our office we will have to turn this over to our Legal Counsel as we sent her a check and the money was received by her.
 
Please dismiss this complaint as she DID receive her refund check from our office as vowed.
 
We will gladly provide a copy of her cashed check as evidence if need be.
