Brand new installed gutters started leaking right away, countless phone calls to them, leaving messages for everyone possible but no returned calls, they promised liftetime warranty, but they failed miserably, that is just wrongI should not have paid them full
I had gutters installed at my home in Coral Springs about six weeks ago. The install was poor and I now have a waterfall in the back corner of the patio. I contacted [redacted] multiple times and he always said he would get to it next week. After a few weeks, he stopped returning my phone calls. I called their operator and let her know the situation, still no call from [redacted] or anyone else interested in fixing the gutters they installed. I will install the overflow guard myself, but I shouldn't have to. There are multiple complaints of this nature on the Revdex.com concerning this company. They install the gutters, cash your check and if there is a problem with the install- they won't return your calls or fix the problem. You are left with calling another company to fix the problem or fix it yourself. Buyer beware. This is terrible customer service.
We are currently waiting for this company to finish our installation. It's gutters...not like it's a lengthy job. They came at the end of the day on Friday, 1/30/15 and did 80% of the job. They didn't have enough gutter to finish and said they would call Monday to schedule finishing up. Monday came and went with no call, so I left a message. Tuesday was the same. Wednesday I finally get called back to hear that a guy called in sick so they would be out Thurs/Fri or Monday latest. Well, it's now Tuesday and guess what....NO GUTTERS OR CALLS. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices.
