Tri-County Septic Company

My septic system had slowed down and backed up into my basement. I called several local places but were told they were not pumping at this time. I called a company in Spokane but found they only did plumbing clean outs, not pumping tanks, which is what I needed. After asking who was at the top of their referral list for pump outs, it was Tri-County Septic. So I called and had an appointment for the next day at the time I was available. Sean pulled up early, not late, and worked his tail off cleaning my tank that hadn't been clean in 15 years! The sludge was stuck to the sides, requiring several reverse blasts to knock it off. He didn't quit till it was spotless. The sweat was dripping off his forehead. He was courteous and answered all my questions about septic system and drainfields. Highly recommended!

Last Friday, I was supposed to have [redacted] empty our septic. We have been long time customers and I took the afternoon off to fence the horses out of the area, so they could bring their truck in. After verifying the appointment at 2pm, I received a call at 3:45 saying they were not coming. I explained that I had taken time off work and couldn't leave the pasture this way all weekend. They didn't care and said they couldn't make it.

It was Friday at 4pm and everyone seemed to be closed. After calling several places, one person told me about Tri County Septic. I called and a very nice gentleman told me he could come out within the hour and take care of us. Not only did he come out on a Friday with no notice, this company was less expensive, too. Then, he told me that any time we needed anything, to give him a call. What a difference from my other experience! I want to recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable and friendly septic service. Thank you!
