Review: I received health care services in southern maryland. The billing was covered under my mother's healthcare insurance plan. I was 18 years old when the services occurred. I didn't realize that there were other costs involved until I received a call from Tri county services. the employee [redacted] told me that I was responsible for this bill because "you are an adult and should be responsible". I was in fact 18 when the services were provided. She then threatened me to send the bill to collection agency if I didn't pay the bill before 30 July and that "your credit report will permanently be ruined". I tried to explain to her that this was the first notification of any bill that was outstanding and she continued to say that I would have a mark on my credit. She said "is this your address in [redacted]?" I told her that I have not nor currently reside at that address and would need to have the bill sent to my current address, which I provided. She said "just make sure it is paid by the end of July"Desired Settlement: A little consideration would have been nice. A simple "I see we need your current mailing address" or perhaps, "if you are just starting to work, then we can arrange payment" but no, this employee was rude and obnoxious to me on the phone. I cried most of the afternoon after this call.

Review: I just reviewed my credit report and couldn't believe my eyes. I'm trying to buy a new home and when they reviewed my credit they denied me because of this inaccurate account with . I looked deep into my records (I keep track of everything) and I cannot find anything showing acceptance of this account or ownership.

At this point this account is actually preventing me from buying our first home and as a result preventing me from putting a roof over my children heads. This account is completely inaccurate and those inaccuracies should not be showing on my report. I disputed them on my credit report 3 times and yet they still remain. They have resulted in repeated denials of credit, lost opportunity to receive credit, economic loss, damage to my reputation, loss of self-esteem, invasion of privacy, interference with my normal and usual activities, and emotional distress.Desired Settlement: Deletion from credit report so I will be able to purchase a new home and improve my credit score

I consider this defamation and I want this removed from the 3 credit bureaus.

If they cannot locate the account what do I say sorry im not good at this part... This is for [redacted] it is only left on one more creditor and dropped off the other two however its bringing my score way down to 560 when the other two are 660 and 702 I believe... They just sent me updated scores... This is the one that really needs to be removed...
