When our customer called to complain the first time we noted on the account of what the boundary lines wereUnfortunately they did go back and cut more then what need to cutThe mowers are set to inches and that is the average length to cut grassWe tried to get a supervisor out but was not able because he was subbing on another crew, which is what I informed the customerThe customer did have a chance to talk to the crew leader that does the service and they talked about the boundaries, but unfortunately the following week the sub crew didn't read the notes on file and did cut more then what was neededThe pictures do not show any damage to the yardIt only showed that they cut a few feet more then what was neededIn regards to the fence and gate we were not aware of the damageIt was never brought upThe account has been canceled, we have taken the two cuts that were done off their accountThe customer asked for $which covers the two mowing and a treatmentWe will be sending them a check for $to cover what she feels is owed to her.Please feel free to call or e-mail us if you need other information.Thank you,Claudia A [redacted]

This is in regards to case number ***. We talked to *** *** *** on October 23, to set up an appointment to meet with the field supervisor. He had to postpone the meet until the end of that week October 26th. He spoke with the field supervisor and they had determined
that S&S will have fix all the broken sprinkler heads. We had it scheduled to get his heads fix on November 14, at his request. The heads as of today have been fixed. Please give us a call if you have any questions.Thank you,Claudia

The mowers are set to 3 inches and that is the average length to cut grass. We tried to get a supervisor out but was not...

able because he was subbing on another crew, which is what I informed the customer. The customer did have a chance to talk to the crew leader that does the service and they talked about the boundaries, but unfortunately the following week the sub crew didn't read the notes on file and did cut more then what was needed. The pictures do not show any damage to the yard. It only showed that they cut a few feet more then what was needed. In regards to the fence and gate we were not aware of the damage. It was never brought up. The account has been canceled, we have taken the two cuts that were done off their account. The customer asked for $174 which covers the two mowing and a treatment.
