Dear Sir /Madam, I am *** Gautam the Manager of Ashiana Indian Restaurant on [redacted] ***Last Sunday a gentleman by the name of [redacted] ** Smith had order food through Eat at our restaurant Everything was fine but then he wanted to pay the order by using gift certificates from Restaurant .com that's also fine we have been accepting those certificates for the past or years.But the problem came up when he wanted to pay the whole order with the gift certificates he had with himBecause according to [redacted] he can use only one per visit and per monthIts writing when they print out the paper version of the Gift certificateWe tried to explain it to him and even showed the printed format which has [redacted] rules and regulations on the gift certificate but even when we showned and explained to him how it works and he kept on yelling at us the we running a scam, which is totally not true I also had to call up eat to tell what happened and they understood that he did not take the food and canceled both orders which were: [redacted] We also tried to reach him with the telephone number provided by [redacted] to tell him that one we were out of one of the dishes he order and he didn't pick up the phone we even tried through Eat and he didn't pick up again so we took out the dishWe tired our best to please and explained to him what was going on but then he started again saying we were scamming himThat's not all after all this happened we again called the people at Restaurant,com explaining to them what happened and since MrDerek had left his telephone number with us, we even gave it to the people of [redacted] so they can explain it to him or give a refund for the certificates he had bought This is what had happened, we tried our best to help a customer but its hard to please everyoneWe have been in business for a very long time and we do not want to ruin it with even one single person So this is what had happened and if you have any other questions regarding this matter feel free to give me a call at [redacted] Thanking you, [redacted] Gautam
