We filed this with our insurance, listed this as a road hazardThere is no proof this damage was caused by debris flying off our vehicleHe showed up on Friday to my office , wanting to know about the insurance claim, I kept telling him we filed it with our insurance companyAn employee of ours
repeatedly asked him to leave , as he continued to ignore the requestAfter he finally left , I contacted the Police, they submitted a warning for him not contact us any more

January 9, 2017  As of 12/30/16, their insurance broker (not Insurance Provider) [redacted], stated TCW had NOT filed this incident with their insurance company, though he now would recommend that they day so.   After 12/30/16, I waited more than a week and was never contacted by any Insurance Company for a statement or investigation, which is procedure to do so within one business day.  Additionally, I have never been provided with TCW’s Insurance Providers name and policy number, or a claim number for this incident.   It is unprofessional and irresponsible for a business or a one-sided party involved in an incident, to determine there is “no proof.”  There is a police incident report with Maryland Heights, pictures, as well as a thorough documented incident.  The police, along with the Insurance Provider must determine liability.   If TCW will provide the Revdex.com or myself with the “claim number,” their Insurance Provider and Policy number, so that it can be verified as to whether TCW has filed a claim (and why I have not been contacted for a statement by their Insurance Provider), then I will be satisfied that due process has taken place. As of now, I am not satisfied with Tri-County Waterproofing’s response.  If TCW cannot provide a claim number along with their Insurance Provider info, I would like my experience to be assessed by the Revdex.com for consideration of loss of a designation of their rating along with a negative posted complaint review.    Lastly, I spoke with [redacted] and her employee cordially at her office.  Her employee cursed (“[redacted]…”) and could not discuss the situation like an adult or allow a reply.   He interrupted and would not allow [redacted] (the owner) and I to continue talking.  I left without event at his request and observance of his anger.
