I am rejecting this response because:I will not bring this mower back to this locationThe owner continued to interrupt me while I was trying to speak and was also very rude My brother was with me and heard the whole conversation I will not have this place fix it I am so upset that I will use my own money to get it fixed because I can not tell you how unprofessional and rude this owner was I would not even buy a candy bar from this place I refuse to call the owner back because he was such a rude and unprofessional person Like I said I will get it fixed on my own thats how rude he was Tri k is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with By the way they finally contacted me once the Revdex.com got involved So if a customer does not contact the Revdex.com good luck ever hearing from Tri K ever again

I am writing in response to complaint number *** initiated by *** ***-*** on October 31, concerning a lawn mower he purchased at our location on August 31, I attempted to contact Mr***-*** on two occasions to reconcile the issue but was not able to make
contact. I was able to speak with him when he called me back. During the conversation I offered to repair the lawn mower if he brought the machine back to our location or, if he preferred, he could return the lawn mower for a full refund. The conversation ended abruptly and I have not heard back from the customer since.
