My 20+ year-old garage door and opener were acting up sporadically. Jim and his guys came by several times until they could catch it in the act. They have corrected the problem, and I was very impressed at how little they charged me given how many times they had to visit. This is one of the most ethical businesses I have worked with in a very long time.
