I went to Dick's Last Resort in San Antonio, TX on the riverwalk Never being here before I was unaware of the sign posted outside down by the floor that states you can expect sarcastic and obnoxious remarks This allowed the servers to treat the customers however they want My family and I left after she was so rude and made racist comments When we got up to leave she said that's dicks like it was a reason to act like she has no sense I can deal with sarcasm but this employee was so out of line When I walked out and talk to the manager who was serving tables out on the riverwalk, I heard a loud applause and cheer which was encouraged by the server The fact that there is no way to contact higher regarding the way we were treated is the reason why the employees are allowed to say and do whatever they want regardless of the nature of the comments No one should feel discriminated against and this employee should not be allowed to say racist comments and then just say well this is dick's If this is how the business operates then this is the reason for society being the way it is right now
