Tri-Lakes roofing, Incmanaged the hail damage on the house we were purchasing last month We put an offer in on a home, and it was hit with hail damage two weeks later The selling realtor let us choose the contractor since we had an offer on it, and everything went smoothly so far The roof was done the week we closed on it, and the painting was done the day we were moving in The painters did an awesome job, and were very nice, moving their ladders out of the way for the furniture, etc When they were done, they took me around the house to see if I saw anything that needed touching up There was nothing that wasn't done to my satisfaction

Excellent Work - the Job Manager (***) was very dedicated to doing the work correctly and went beyond the norm to do it rightHe was very meticulous and took his time without rushing to finish before dark - he came back the next day to wrap it up in a professional mannerI highly recommend *** on roofing repair work

I hired Tri-Lakes recently to do some gutter and siding repair*** took one look at my gutters and roof and knew immediately what needed to be done and explained it to me very clearlyHe worked out a very reasonable estimate on the spotIt took a bit longer than anticipated to schedule the job, but given all the rain this year, the lag time wasn't unreasonableThe workers who completed the job were professional, courteous and did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning upI recommend this company to anyone who has a roofing or gutter job

Tri-Lakes Roofing completed a roofing project on a 2,900 sq. ft. single story home for me in May, 2015. [redacted], owner, was excellent in selling, working with the insurance adjuster, and following the status of the project through to completion. Communications with [redacted] and his roofing crew were excellent. [redacted] described the process of the job and I found the crew supervisor and crew to be very in tune with [redacted]'s standards for completing the project. The crew supervisor had been with Tri-Lakes Roofing sixteen years.
I was happy with the craftsmanship displayed, efforts to limit debris and nail droppage, and the clean-up at the end of each days work.
I would recommend the company to anyone planning a roofing project.

Owner, Jeff [redacted], is not profession in the terms of not finishing a job of what he started and does not return phone calls. Jeff's quality of a job is a C-/D. Used cheap material or didn't finish a job as promised.

Jeff - first stated he wouldn't take advantage of a person - however that is not the case in point here.

I would not recommend for any jub outside of roofing. His general contracting skills is left to be desired. Go with an actual general contractor.
