Dear Customer, Our goal at Tri-Med is to always do the absolute best job possible to meet the needs of our clientsIn the year that we have been taking care of your transportation, today was my first conversation with you regarding any service concernsI was, and still am more than happy to address them, and make changes within our organization so that we can execute services better in the futureI do understand that you were upset, and I did listen and note your concerns, but I was unable to extract from you the detail of your specific expectations after asking several times during the phone callWhile I do not agree with your description of our interaction, I understand that different people view things in different ways so it would be unjust to get into finger pointingGoing forward, I do feel that it is in both of our best interests to not do business togetherAs stated in your review, we "can't get anything right", and I am in the position that the decency shown to the staff within our company while working to meet your needs is at an unacceptable level.I unfortunately do not have a better resource to provide to you in regards to your concernI am the sole person that addresses and if possible, solves any concerns regarding anything within the operationThis complaint was and will be my responsibility to resolve and concludeI would welcome a conversation of understanding if you wish, and I could certainly put you in touch with another dispatcher or call receiver if talking with me will not meet your needsHowever, I do still feel that we are both better off not doing business with one another in the future

On October 27, 2015 Trimed Ambulance was contacted by Tukwila Fire to pick up this patient and transport him to Harborview Medical Center. Trimed is a private ambulance company, charging considerably less than our biggest competitor. Our charges are usual and reasonable for the greater...
Seattle area.
The balance on this bill of $183.20 represents the patient co-pay assigned from his insurance, Options Healthcare.
The patient contacted us on 10/27/15, 11/24/15 and 12/3/15. We attempted to explain the reason he received a statement but we found it difficult to do. He was very upset during each call and we were unable to fully explain the amount remaining is his responsibility as assigned by his insurance.
Trimed is a local company and we are committee to providing excellent service to local residents. As an act of goodwill, we are willing to forgive the balance.
